Tips Before Your Appointment
Knocked-Out Tooth
Act fast! If possible, gently place the tooth back in its socket—your saliva can help preserve it. Can’t get it back in? Don’t panic. Store the tooth in milk or an ADA-approved preservation product, then call our office immediately to schedule an emergency visit.
Cracked Tooth
Rinse your mouth with water to clean the area and control any bleeding with gauze. Gather any broken pieces of the tooth and bring them to your appointment.
Damaged Dentures or Prosthetics
Call us for an urgent adjustment—ill-fitting or broken prosthetics can cause serious irritation. Let’s make sure they’re comfortable and functional again
Toothache
Clean the area thoroughly—floss or brush to ensure there’s no debris aggravating the pain and rinse with warm salt water to soothe the area. Over-the-counter pain medication can help temporarily, but don’t wait. Call us immediately so we can pinpoint the issue and stop the pain for good.
Your comfort and health are our priority. If you’re in pain, don’t hesitate—let us help you feel better today.
